YouScan platform help — AI-powered social listening with visual analytics, logo/scene/object detection in images, Insights Copilot AI agent, sentiment analysis, audience demographics, competitive benchmarking. Use when YouScan monitoring returns too many irrelevant mentions and you need to tighten queries, Visual Insights isn't detecting your logo in user-generated photos, Insights Copilot responses aren't answering the question you asked, mention quota is filling up before the month ends on Starter plan, API calls are failing or returning incomplete data on the Unlimited plan, you need to send YouScan mentions to your CRM or BI tool via webhook, or you're unsure whether YouScan's entry-plan starting price is worth it vs cheaper alternatives. Do NOT use for social listening strategy across tools (use /sales-social-listening) or choosing between social listening platforms (use /sales-social-listening).

If references/learnings.md exists, read it first for accumulated platform knowledge.
Ask the user:
What do you need help with?
Which plan are you on?
Current setup?
If the user's request already provides most of this context, skip directly to Step 2. Lead with your best-effort answer, then ask only the most critical 1-2 clarifying questions.
If the request maps to a strategy skill, route:
/sales-social-listening [question]/sales-influencer-marketing/sales-media-relations/sales-seo/sales-ai-visibilityOtherwise, answer directly from the platform reference below.
Read references/platform-guide.md for the full platform reference — capabilities, pricing, data model, API endpoints, webhook setup, integration recipes, code examples.
Answer the user's question using only the relevant section. Don't dump the full reference.
You no longer need the platform guide — focus on the user's specific situation.
If you discover a gotcha, workaround, or tip not covered in references/learnings.md, append it there.
Best-effort from research — review these, especially items about plan-gated features and integration gotchas that may be outdated.
API requires Unlimited plan. The Starter 3 plan ($499/mo) has no API access. If you need programmatic data access, you must upgrade to custom-priced Unlimited. Webhooks are available on all plans as a workaround for pushing mention data to other tools.
Visual Insights is Unlimited-only. Logo detection, scene recognition, and image demographics are not included in Starter. You get text-based social listening only on Starter 3.
Insights Copilot has a 10-question/mo limit on Starter. Unlimited plans get unlimited questions. Phrase questions carefully to avoid wasting quota.
Reddit and Twitter/X data are restricted. Reddit API returns only mention URLs and YouScan metrics — no text, titles, or author info. Twitter/X removes mention text, URLs, and author details. You get Post ID and Profile ID only.
Quora data is not available via API at all. Even on Unlimited plans.
No Zapier, Make, or MCP integration. Automation paths are REST API (Unlimited), webhooks, and native no-code connectors. YouScan ships native connectors for HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, UseDesk, HelpDeskEddy, and Creatio (Zendesk/Freshdesk/UseDesk/HelpDeskEddy turn matching mentions into support tickets; Zendesk uses OAuth 2.0) — use these before hand-building an API/webhook pipeline when your destination is one of them. For other destinations, webhooks are the sole integration option on Starter (API is Unlimited-only).
No mobile app. YouScan is desktop/web only. No on-the-go monitoring.
Starter plan has a hard 15K mention/mo cap. No overage — mentions stop being collected once the limit is hit.
Self-improving: If you discover something not covered here, append it to references/learnings.md with today's date.

Result: User routed to the strategy skill for unbiased comparisonSymptom: Monitoring topics return thousands of mentions that aren't about your brand Cause: Queries are too broad, missing exclusions, or brand name is a common word Solution: Add NOT exclusions for common false positives. Use exact phrases in quotes. Review the first 50 mentions to identify recurring noise patterns. If your brand name is generic, combine with product terms or industry context. Narrow source filters if specific channels are noisy.
Symptom: Copilot responses are generic summaries instead of specific insights Cause: Questions are too broad, or topic data is too sparse for meaningful analysis Solution: Be specific — include date ranges, sentiment direction, and comparison targets. Instead of "What are people saying about us?" try "What negative sentiment themes appeared about [brand] in the last 7 days compared to the previous week?" Ensure the topic has enough mention volume for statistical significance.
Symptom: Configured a webhook URL but no POST requests are arriving Cause: Webhook URL is incorrect, receiving server rejects the payload, or no Rules are configured to trigger the webhook Solution: Verify the callback URL is publicly accessible (not localhost). Check that Basic Auth credentials in the URL are correct if used. Ensure you've created a Rule in the topic to trigger the webhook — webhooks don't fire automatically on all mentions without a Rule. Test with a simple endpoint like webhook.site first.

Wizlogo (wizlogo.com) platform help — a budget online logo maker (template/style-variation, marketed as "AI") plus a hub of FREE branding tools (business-name, blog-name and slogan generators, business-card maker, invoice generator, color converter, domain search). The pricing traps: the FREE logo is PERSONAL-USE-ONLY; the two cheap paid tiers are RASTER PNG/JPG only — Single (~€39.99 one-time) and Unlimited (~€3.99 per WEEK, recurring) — and VECTOR (SVG/PDF/EPS) is gated to the ~€299.99 Enterprise tier, which also bundles human designer edits and a social kit. Transparent PNG is on all paid plans. Use when making a Wizlogo logo, understanding free-vs-paid or personal-vs-commercial use, which tier unlocks vector/SVG for print, the weekly-subscription billing trap, its free name/slogan generators, or whether it has an API (UI-only — no public API, webhooks, Zapier or MCP). Do NOT use to just generate the business name (use /sales-namelix) or to compare/validate branding tools (use /sales-idea-validation).

VistaPrint platform help (vistaprint.com, a Cimpress company) — the small-business design + print + digital-marketing platform: a free AI Logomaker (4 generations, 60 more after free sign-up) exporting SVG/PNG/PDF at 4000x4000 with no watermark, a free Brand Kit, business cards/flyers/signage/apparel/promo print, and a website builder. THE RIGHTS TRAP: VistaPrint states NO intellectual-property rights transfer on an AI-generated logo — you get usage rights but CANNOT register it for trademark or copyright; only its human designer service transfers full IP. Use when making a VistaPrint logo, asking if you own or can trademark it, running out of AI logo credits, printed colors not matching the screen, bleed/DPI/font file-prep rejections, or asking whether VistaPrint has an API (the consumer site does not — automation runs through the parent Cimpress Open partner-fulfilment API). Do NOT use for Vista Social scheduling (use /sales-vistasocial) or comparing logo tools market-wide (use /sales-idea-validation).

Turbologo (turbologo.com) platform help — a budget AI/DIY logo maker: enter a business name + industry, pick icons and colors, and it proposes logo concepts you refine in an in-browser editor, then pay a one-time fee to download (designing is free, previews are watermarked, downloading is the paywall). Vector SVG/PDF is gated to the mid tier and up; the top tier adds a brand kit (business cards, letterheads, email signatures, social assets). Use when generating a logo in Turbologo, choosing which download tier to buy, vector SVG vs raster PNG, removing the free watermark, the time-limited edit-after-purchase window, pay-to-download pricing questions, whether an AI logo is yours to trademark, or whether Turbologo has an API to bulk-generate logos (it is UI-only — no public API, webhooks, Zapier, or MCP). Do NOT use to generate the business name (use /sales-namelix), compare or validate branding tools across the market (use /sales-idea-validation), or build wider marketing creative (use /sales-canva).

Online Logo Maker (onlinelogomaker.com) platform help — a long-standing free/freemium DIY logo maker: build the mark yourself from icons, shapes, text, and fonts — MANUAL/template-based, NOT enter-a-name-get-AI-concepts. The free pack downloads a LOW-RES 300px PNG with a background; vector SVG, transparent PNG, and 2000px high-res are gated to a one-time lifetime Premium pack (not a subscription). The free tier's commercial-use rights are disputed by reviewers — clean ownership effectively needs Premium, and a shared-icon mark can be non-distinctive. Use for building/editing a logo here, free download vs Premium, vector SVG or transparent PNG, one-time pricing, commercial-use/trademark terms, near-namesake confusion (NOT LogoMaker.com / LogoMakr / Logomakerr.ai), or whether it has an API (UI-only — no API, webhooks, Zapier, MCP). Do NOT use to generate the business name (use /sales-namelix), compare branding tools across the market (use /sales-idea-validation), or build wider creative (use /sales-canva).
