SkillsAuth is a marketplace and platform for discovering and downloading AI agent skills (including but not limited to SKILL.md and related artefacts) from public GitHub repositories. The Service is community-oriented and focused on AI awareness and trust-building. At present we do not monetise the Service; it is offered for community help and to support transparency in AI tools.
Where we offer user accounts (for example via our authentication provider), you must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware or harmful code, to scrape or systematically download large portions of the website without permission, or to circumvent any security or access controls. You must comply with GitHub's terms of service and with the licence terms of each repository and skill you access or use.
All skills, repositories, and artefacts made available through the Service are sourced from GitHub and remain 100% the property of their respective owners. SkillsAuth AB does not claim ownership of any skills, repositories, or artefacts. We respect the contributions of developers and maintainers and do not assert any rights over their content.
Skills and artefacts on the platform are provided "as is". We do not guarantee their correctness, safety, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for defects, scanning errors, inaccuracies, or any other issues with any skill or artefact on the platform. You use them at your own risk and should review content before use.
We are not authorised by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any of the companies, products, or tools mentioned on the website (including but not limited to scanning, security, or verification tools and their vendors). We use non-commercial or community versions of such tools where applicable and have no partnership or commercial relationship with those vendors. Any names, logos, or references are used for informational purposes only.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkillsAuth AB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkillsAuth AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount (if any) you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or such lower cap as Swedish law allows. We are not liable for issues arising from skills or artefacts, scanning errors, unavailability of third-party repositories, the conduct of third parties, or your reliance on the platform.
The platform may contain links to external sites and services, including GitHub and other third parties. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites or services.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we do. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will use reasonable means to bring them to your attention (for example via a notice on the website or by email where we have your contact details).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
