No free submission path (mostly). The standard submission is $347. The only free option is a monthly X thread where Andrei picks one tool — low odds, unpredictable timing.
$300 PPC bonus requires TAAFT-first launch. Your tool must not have appeared on any other platform before TAAFT. Plan your submission sequence accordingly — submit to TAAFT before other directories.
Manually reviewed. Average 1-2 days, but no SLA. Budget extra time if coordinating a multi-platform launch.
Featured ad pricing is bid-based. Higher bids = higher position. There's no fixed rate card — test with small bids first.

Symptom: Paid $347 but tool isn't listed and no update Cause: Manual review queue. Could be delayed, or tool may not meet AI-tool criteria. Solution: Wait up to 5 business days. If still no update, reach out via the contact email or Andrei's Twitter DMs (@imakecoolsites). TAAFT automatically refunds if the tool isn't a good fit.
Symptom: Listed on TAAFT but referral traffic is low Cause: TAAFT is task-based — users search for specific problems. If your tool's description doesn't match common search queries, it won't surface. Solution: Rewrite your description to lead with the task/problem your tool solves, using the exact words users would type. Test by searching TAAFT for your tool's use case — if it doesn't appear in results, your description needs work. Consider running Featured ads for targeted visibility.
Symptom: Submitted as TAAFT-first but can't see the bonus Cause: The bonus is auto-applied to qualifying tools after submission. It may not be immediately visible. Solution: Check your TAAFT account for PPC credit balance. The bonus requires that your tool hasn't appeared on any other platform before the TAAFT submission. If it was listed elsewhere first (even briefly), the bonus won't apply.
