Passendo platform help — European email ad server and SSP for newsletter publishers with programmatic exchange, direct-sold campaigns, first-party data targeting, priority waterfall (guaranteed deals, exchange, house ads), and 15+ demand partners. Use when setting up Passendo to monetize your newsletter with programmatic or direct-sold ads, fill rates are low and you need to optimize demand strategy, ad tags are breaking email deliverability or not rendering, trying to decide between Passendo and alternatives like Admailr or LiveIntent for email ad serving, or need help integrating Passendo ad tags into your ESP template. Do NOT use for general newsletter monetization strategy (use /sales-newsletter) or newsletter sponsorship marketplace transactions (use /sales-paved or /sales-hecto).

/sales-newsletter — Newsletter monetization strategy (paid subscriptions, sponsorships, ad sales, pricing)/sales-admailr — Admailr programmatic email ad server (automated ad insertion, CPM+CPC, no subscriber minimum)/sales-kevel — Kevel API-first ad server infrastructure (build custom ad platforms, Decision API)/sales-buysellads — BuySellAds contextual advertising marketplace (managed ad sales, Carbon Ads, Ad Serving API)/sales-paved — Paved newsletter sponsorship marketplace, Ad Network, Booker, Radar/sales-hecto — Hecto newsletter advertising marketplace (self-serve, transparent pricing)/sales-socialpresence — Social Presence AI-powered newsletter advertising marketplace/sales-sponsy — Sponsy sponsorship operations (ad inventory calendar, sponsor CRM, reporting)/sales-deliverability — Email deliverability strategy (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup)/sales-do — Not sure which skill to use? The router matches any sales objective to the right skill. Install: npx skills add sales-skills/sales --skill sales-doUser says: "I have a 50,000-subscriber B2B finance newsletter on Mailchimp. Should I use Passendo or Admailr for ad monetization?" Skill does: Compares both — Passendo is better for mid-to-large publishers wanting managed onboarding, programmatic exchange demand, and direct-sold campaign management. Admailr is better for small publishers wanting plug-and-play with no minimum. At 50K subscribers, Passendo's exchange demand and priority waterfall will likely generate higher CPMs. Result: User understands which platform fits their scale and gets next steps for Passendo onboarding
User says: "How do I add Passendo ad tags to my ActiveCampaign newsletter template?" Skill does: Explains the Passendo tag is a lightweight HTML snippet inserted into the ESP template. CNAME records must be set up first. Maps ESP variables (email address, campaign ID) to Passendo tag parameters. Notes that Passendo's team handles this during onboarding. Result: User understands the integration process and knows to work with Passendo's onboarding team
User says: "My Passendo fill rate is only 40% — how do I get more ads filling?" Skill does: Recommends enabling more demand partners in the SSP settings, configuring house ads as backfill, reviewing audience targeting data quality, and considering supplementing with direct-sold campaigns. Checks if newsletter category and language targeting are correctly configured. Result: User has a fill rate optimization plan with specific actions
Symptom: Passendo ad slots show blank space or broken images in subscriber inboxes Cause: CNAME not configured, ESP stripping HTML, or image hosting issue Solution: Verify CNAME DNS records are active. Check that your ESP isn't stripping or modifying the Passendo tag HTML. Contact Passendo support to validate the tag configuration for your specific ESP.
Symptom: Dashboard impressions don't match expected email opens Cause: Gmail and Apple Mail image proxying/caching skews impression counts Solution: Passendo uses unique URL parameters to mitigate Gmail caching, but Apple MPP pre-fetches images, inflating open-based metrics. Focus on click metrics for accurate engagement measurement. Ask your account manager about their MPP handling.
Symptom: Email open rates decreased after adding Passendo ad tags Cause: Ad images loading from untrusted domains, missing CNAME, or increased email weight Solution: Verify CNAME is properly configured (ads should load from your domain, not a third-party). Check total email size — newsletters with many large ad images may load slower. Passendo's CNAME setup is specifically designed to preserve deliverability — if it's degrading, the CNAME is likely misconfigured.

Wizlogo (wizlogo.com) platform help — a budget online logo maker (template/style-variation, marketed as "AI") plus a hub of FREE branding tools (business-name, blog-name and slogan generators, business-card maker, invoice generator, color converter, domain search). The pricing traps: the FREE logo is PERSONAL-USE-ONLY; the two cheap paid tiers are RASTER PNG/JPG only — Single (~€39.99 one-time) and Unlimited (~€3.99 per WEEK, recurring) — and VECTOR (SVG/PDF/EPS) is gated to the ~€299.99 Enterprise tier, which also bundles human designer edits and a social kit. Transparent PNG is on all paid plans. Use when making a Wizlogo logo, understanding free-vs-paid or personal-vs-commercial use, which tier unlocks vector/SVG for print, the weekly-subscription billing trap, its free name/slogan generators, or whether it has an API (UI-only — no public API, webhooks, Zapier or MCP). Do NOT use to just generate the business name (use /sales-namelix) or to compare/validate branding tools (use /sales-idea-validation).

VistaPrint platform help (vistaprint.com, a Cimpress company) — the small-business design + print + digital-marketing platform: a free AI Logomaker (4 generations, 60 more after free sign-up) exporting SVG/PNG/PDF at 4000x4000 with no watermark, a free Brand Kit, business cards/flyers/signage/apparel/promo print, and a website builder. THE RIGHTS TRAP: VistaPrint states NO intellectual-property rights transfer on an AI-generated logo — you get usage rights but CANNOT register it for trademark or copyright; only its human designer service transfers full IP. Use when making a VistaPrint logo, asking if you own or can trademark it, running out of AI logo credits, printed colors not matching the screen, bleed/DPI/font file-prep rejections, or asking whether VistaPrint has an API (the consumer site does not — automation runs through the parent Cimpress Open partner-fulfilment API). Do NOT use for Vista Social scheduling (use /sales-vistasocial) or comparing logo tools market-wide (use /sales-idea-validation).

Turbologo (turbologo.com) platform help — a budget AI/DIY logo maker: enter a business name + industry, pick icons and colors, and it proposes logo concepts you refine in an in-browser editor, then pay a one-time fee to download (designing is free, previews are watermarked, downloading is the paywall). Vector SVG/PDF is gated to the mid tier and up; the top tier adds a brand kit (business cards, letterheads, email signatures, social assets). Use when generating a logo in Turbologo, choosing which download tier to buy, vector SVG vs raster PNG, removing the free watermark, the time-limited edit-after-purchase window, pay-to-download pricing questions, whether an AI logo is yours to trademark, or whether Turbologo has an API to bulk-generate logos (it is UI-only — no public API, webhooks, Zapier, or MCP). Do NOT use to generate the business name (use /sales-namelix), compare or validate branding tools across the market (use /sales-idea-validation), or build wider marketing creative (use /sales-canva).

Online Logo Maker (onlinelogomaker.com) platform help — a long-standing free/freemium DIY logo maker: build the mark yourself from icons, shapes, text, and fonts — MANUAL/template-based, NOT enter-a-name-get-AI-concepts. The free pack downloads a LOW-RES 300px PNG with a background; vector SVG, transparent PNG, and 2000px high-res are gated to a one-time lifetime Premium pack (not a subscription). The free tier's commercial-use rights are disputed by reviewers — clean ownership effectively needs Premium, and a shared-icon mark can be non-distinctive. Use for building/editing a logo here, free download vs Premium, vector SVG or transparent PNG, one-time pricing, commercial-use/trademark terms, near-namesake confusion (NOT LogoMaker.com / LogoMakr / Logomakerr.ai), or whether it has an API (UI-only — no API, webhooks, Zapier, MCP). Do NOT use to generate the business name (use /sales-namelix), compare branding tools across the market (use /sales-idea-validation), or build wider creative (use /sales-canva).
