LogoGarden (logogarden.com) platform help — a budget DIY logo maker built on an INDUSTRY ICON LIBRARY (browse/pick a symbol, tweak fonts/colors/effects in a browser "pick-n-click" editor) PLUS a done-for-you Custom Logo Design service by human designers. It is NOT an AI generator — you pick icons, not describe a brand. Designing is free, but previews are watermarked and downloading a usable file is a one-time purchase (a cheap per-logo download, or a pricier custom design). Use when making a logo in LogoGarden, choosing DIY self-serve vs the custom design service, which download to buy, vector vs raster, removing the free-preview watermark, ownership/trademark questions, the affiliate program, or whether LogoGarden has an API to bulk-generate logos (it is UI-only — no public API, webhooks, Zapier, or MCP). Do NOT use to generate the business name (use /sales-namelix), compare or validate branding tools across the market (use /sales-idea-validation), or build wider marketing creative (use /sales-canva).

LogoGarden (logogarden.com) is a budget DIY logo maker — but unlike the "type a name + industry → AI
proposes concepts" peers, it's icon-library-driven: you browse/search an industry symbol library, pick
a symbol, then style it (fonts, colors, effects, layout) in an in-browser "Pick-n-click" editor. It also
runs a two-track model: alongside the self-serve DIY maker it sells a done-for-you Custom Logo Design
service by human designers (like /sales-logodesign-net and /sales-logonerds). It's the branding/logo
step for start-ups, small businesses, and makers who've locked a name and want a cheap logo fast.
Designing and editing is free — but previews are watermarked and downloading a usable file is a one-time
purchase (basic logo ~$12.50; custom design from ~$79). It's a UI-only tool — there is NO public API (see
Step 4). Two LogoGarden-specific traps: it's a symbol-picker, not an AI generator (reviewers flag the
customization as basic), and it's a mature/legacy tool — treat every price and feature as best-effort.
If references/learnings.md exists, read it first for accumulated platform knowledge.
Ask only what you can't infer:
Skip-ahead: if the user needs a name (not a logo), that's /sales-namelix; if they want the
validate-before-building method or a branding-tool comparison across the market, that's
/sales-idea-validation; if they've got the logo and now need wider social/marketing creative, that's
/sales-canva — route in Step 2.
| If the user's question is about… | Route to |
|---|---|
| Generating the business name itself (not the logo) | /sales-namelix {question} |
| The validate-before-building method, or comparing branding/logo tools across the market | /sales-idea-validation {question} |
| Building the wider social/marketing creative or a design system at scale | /sales-canva {question} |
| Building the landing page / smoke test under the new brand | /sales-funnel {question} |
| A human done-for-you logo across many designers (contest model) | /sales-designcrowd {question} |
When routing, give the exact command: "This is a {domain} question — run: /sales-namelix {original question}"
Otherwise, answer LogoGarden-specific questions using Step 3.
Read references/platform-guide.md for the full reference — the icon-library → pick-n-click editor →
pay-to-download workflow and every module's automation tag, the two tracks (DIY self-serve maker vs the
human Custom Logo Design service) and what each delivers, the per-download pricing (basic logo ~$12.50,
vector vs hi-res files, custom design from ~$79) with the free-design-vs-paid-download boundary, the downstream
print products (business cards, t-shirts, promotional items), the affiliate program (referral with a
per-file commission table, not an API), the copyright/commercial-ownership terms and their trademark limits, and
the no-public-API reality (why logo generation can't be scripted and what to use instead).
Answer using only the relevant section — don't dump the full reference.

Best-effort from research (2026-07) — LogoGarden is a mature tool; pricing, tiers, and terms move, and some review data is dated. Verify at logogarden.com.

The router matches any sales objective to the right skill. Install: npx skills add sales-skills/sales --skill sales-do -a claude-codeUser says: "I need a logo for my new bakery on LogoGarden. Should I use the free maker or pay for a custom design, and what file do I download if I want to print it on signage?" Skill does: Explains the two tracks — the DIY self-serve maker (pick a bakery icon, restyle it, basic logo ~$12.50 to download) vs the Custom Logo Design service (human designers, from ~$79, original mark + source/vector files). Because the user wants print/signage, it flags that the vector file (not the hi-res raster) scales without pixelating and is a specific paid download. Presents figures as best-effort — confirm on logogarden.com, and reminds them a watermarked preview isn't a usable file. Result: The founder picks the right track and downloads a print-ready file, not a watermarked preview.
User says: "How do I use the LogoGarden API to auto-generate logos for 40 client brands from a script?" Skill does: States plainly that LogoGarden has no public API — it's entirely a UI tool with no REST endpoints, webhooks, Zapier/Make, or MCP — so logo generation cannot be scripted; clarifies the affiliate program (per-file commission table) is a referral program, not automation; suggests an image-generation service with a documented API (then vectorize downstream) for programmatic logo generation at volume; does not invent endpoints. Result: The user avoids building on a nonexistent API and picks a workable path.
User says: "I built a logo on LogoGarden from one of their icons and bought the download. I own it, right? Can I trademark it?" Skill does: Confirms purchase grants a commercial-use license for the finished logo, but clarifies ownership ≠ a registered trademark — a library-built mark can be non-distinctive (others can build a look-alike from the same icons), which makes registration harder — and advises a USPTO/EUIPO clearance + distinctiveness check (and a reverse-image search); notes the human Custom Logo Design service (original artwork) is the safer route if a defensible mark matters. Result: The user knows what they actually own and to clear the mark before trademarking.
Symptom: Designing logos was free, but the previewed/downloaded logo has a watermark. Cause: Browsing icons, styling, and editing are free, but previews are watermarked and downloading a clean file is the paid step (one-time, per logo — basic logo reported ~$12.50). A watermarked preview is not a deliverable. Solution: Finalize the logo in the free editor, then buy the download — a hi-res raster if a web/social file is enough, or the vector file if you need print/signage scaling. Confirm the current formats and prices on logogarden.com (it's a mature tool; figures drift).
Symptom: The icon-library logo looks templated/basic and the customization tools feel limited.
Cause: LogoGarden's DIY maker is a symbol-picker, not an AI generator, and reviewers flag the
customization as basic — many businesses build from the same shared icons, so marks can look generic.
Solution: Use LogoGarden's Custom Logo Design service (human designers, from ~$79) for an original mark
with revisions and source files, or switch to an AI maker (/sales-looka, /sales-logoai) — compare via
/sales-idea-validation. A generic library mark is also harder to trademark.
Symptom: Can't find API docs to script logo creation. Cause: LogoGarden is UI-only — there are no REST endpoints, webhooks, Zapier/Make, or MCP. The affiliate program is a referral program (per-file commissions), not an automation surface. Solution: Don't build a bulk-generation pipeline on it. For programmatic logo/image generation, use an image-generation service with a documented API and vectorize downstream. Reserve LogoGarden for interactive, one-off branding.

Wizlogo (wizlogo.com) platform help — a budget online logo maker (template/style-variation, marketed as "AI") plus a hub of FREE branding tools (business-name, blog-name and slogan generators, business-card maker, invoice generator, color converter, domain search). The pricing traps: the FREE logo is PERSONAL-USE-ONLY; the two cheap paid tiers are RASTER PNG/JPG only — Single (~€39.99 one-time) and Unlimited (~€3.99 per WEEK, recurring) — and VECTOR (SVG/PDF/EPS) is gated to the ~€299.99 Enterprise tier, which also bundles human designer edits and a social kit. Transparent PNG is on all paid plans. Use when making a Wizlogo logo, understanding free-vs-paid or personal-vs-commercial use, which tier unlocks vector/SVG for print, the weekly-subscription billing trap, its free name/slogan generators, or whether it has an API (UI-only — no public API, webhooks, Zapier or MCP). Do NOT use to just generate the business name (use /sales-namelix) or to compare/validate branding tools (use /sales-idea-validation).

VistaPrint platform help (vistaprint.com, a Cimpress company) — the small-business design + print + digital-marketing platform: a free AI Logomaker (4 generations, 60 more after free sign-up) exporting SVG/PNG/PDF at 4000x4000 with no watermark, a free Brand Kit, business cards/flyers/signage/apparel/promo print, and a website builder. THE RIGHTS TRAP: VistaPrint states NO intellectual-property rights transfer on an AI-generated logo — you get usage rights but CANNOT register it for trademark or copyright; only its human designer service transfers full IP. Use when making a VistaPrint logo, asking if you own or can trademark it, running out of AI logo credits, printed colors not matching the screen, bleed/DPI/font file-prep rejections, or asking whether VistaPrint has an API (the consumer site does not — automation runs through the parent Cimpress Open partner-fulfilment API). Do NOT use for Vista Social scheduling (use /sales-vistasocial) or comparing logo tools market-wide (use /sales-idea-validation).

Turbologo (turbologo.com) platform help — a budget AI/DIY logo maker: enter a business name + industry, pick icons and colors, and it proposes logo concepts you refine in an in-browser editor, then pay a one-time fee to download (designing is free, previews are watermarked, downloading is the paywall). Vector SVG/PDF is gated to the mid tier and up; the top tier adds a brand kit (business cards, letterheads, email signatures, social assets). Use when generating a logo in Turbologo, choosing which download tier to buy, vector SVG vs raster PNG, removing the free watermark, the time-limited edit-after-purchase window, pay-to-download pricing questions, whether an AI logo is yours to trademark, or whether Turbologo has an API to bulk-generate logos (it is UI-only — no public API, webhooks, Zapier, or MCP). Do NOT use to generate the business name (use /sales-namelix), compare or validate branding tools across the market (use /sales-idea-validation), or build wider marketing creative (use /sales-canva).

Online Logo Maker (onlinelogomaker.com) platform help — a long-standing free/freemium DIY logo maker: build the mark yourself from icons, shapes, text, and fonts — MANUAL/template-based, NOT enter-a-name-get-AI-concepts. The free pack downloads a LOW-RES 300px PNG with a background; vector SVG, transparent PNG, and 2000px high-res are gated to a one-time lifetime Premium pack (not a subscription). The free tier's commercial-use rights are disputed by reviewers — clean ownership effectively needs Premium, and a shared-icon mark can be non-distinctive. Use for building/editing a logo here, free download vs Premium, vector SVG or transparent PNG, one-time pricing, commercial-use/trademark terms, near-namesake confusion (NOT LogoMaker.com / LogoMakr / Logomakerr.ai), or whether it has an API (UI-only — no API, webhooks, Zapier, MCP). Do NOT use to generate the business name (use /sales-namelix), compare branding tools across the market (use /sales-idea-validation), or build wider creative (use /sales-canva).
