Later platform help — social media scheduling, visual content calendar, Linkin.bio shoppable pages, analytics, Later Influence (influencer discovery, campaign management, Reporting API). Use when Later posts not publishing on schedule, Linkin.bio links not working, unsure about best posting times, Later Influence campaigns underperforming, or Later Influence API not returning expected data. Do NOT use for social media management strategy or tool comparison (use /sales-social-media-management), influencer marketing strategy (use /sales-influencer-marketing), Sprout Social config (use /sales-sproutsocial), or social listening (use /sales-social-listening).

Helps the user with Later platform questions — from scheduling and visual content planning through Linkin.bio, analytics, Later Influence influencer campaigns, and the Reporting API.
If references/learnings.md exists, read it first for accumulated knowledge.
Ask the user:
Which Later product are you using?
What do you need help with?
Which social networks?
If the user's request already provides most of this context, skip directly to the relevant step. Lead with your best-effort answer using reasonable assumptions (stated explicitly), then ask only the most critical 1-2 clarifying questions at the end.
If the request maps to a specialized skill, route:
/sales-social-media-management/sales-influencer-marketing/sales-sproutsocial/sales-social-listening/sales-email-marketing/sales-retargeting or /sales-b2b-advertisingOtherwise, answer directly from the platform knowledge below.
Read references/platform-guide.md for detailed module documentation, pricing, integrations, and data model.
You no longer need the platform guide details — focus on the user's specific situation.
Based on the user's specific question:
Best-effort from research — review these, especially items about plan-gated features and pricing that may change.
Post limits on lower plans. Starter gets 30 posts/profile/month — that's just 1/day. If you're posting across multiple networks, you'll hit the limit fast. Growth plan (180/profile/mo, 2 social sets) is the practical minimum for active brands.
No social inbox. Unlike Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Agorapulse, Later has no unified inbox for managing DMs, comments, or mentions. You'll need to manage engagement natively on each platform.
Analytics gated to Growth+ plans. Starter plan gets only basic post metrics (3 months of history). Follower demographics, multi-profile best time to post, hashtag analytics, and story analytics require Growth ($50/mo billed monthly, $37.50/mo annual) or above; competitive benchmarking, brand health, and brand mentions are Scale-only. (Single-profile best time to post is available from Starter.)
Approval workflows require Growth+ plan. If you need team content approval, Starter won't work. Teams that need approval should start on Growth at minimum.
No content recycling. You can't reshare or automatically recycle old posts like some competitors (Buffer, SocialBee, MeetEdgar). Every post must be created fresh.
Image resizing not built in. When scheduling to multiple networks simultaneously, Later doesn't resize images/videos to fit each platform's format. You'll need to crop/resize externally before uploading.
Platform connections require periodic re-authentication. Social platform API tokens expire. You may need to reconnect accounts every few weeks, especially Instagram and TikTok. If posts start failing, check connection status first.
Notification-based posting for some formats. Instagram Stories, certain carousel types, and some TikTok formats may require you to complete publishing manually via a push notification rather than auto-publishing.
Later Influence is separately priced. It's an enterprise product — not included in Later Social plans. Contact sales for pricing.
Billing complaints are common. Later has a 1.3/5 on Trustpilot driven by billing issues — unexpected renewals, charges after cancellation, strict no-refund policy. Review your subscription settings carefully and document any cancellation attempts.
Self-improving: If you discover something not covered here, append it to references/learnings.md with today's date.

Symptom: Scheduled posts show as "failed" or never publish Cause: Expired platform connection, unsupported post format, or network API issue Solution: Check connection status in Settings → Social Accounts. Reconnect if expired. Verify the post format is supported for auto-publish on that network. Try scheduling a simple image post first to isolate the issue. Check Later's status page for outages.
Symptom: Linkin.bio shows fewer clicks than expected, or clicks don't match Google Analytics Cause: UTM parameters not configured, ad blockers reducing tracking, or page not loading properly on mobile Solution: Add UTM parameters to all Linkin.bio links (source=linkinbio, medium=social, campaign=your-campaign). Check that the page loads correctly on mobile. Compare Later's click data with GA4 link click events — Later counts page views while GA4 counts sessions, so some discrepancy is normal.
Symptom: Posting to Instagram + TikTok + Facebook simultaneously but images/videos look cropped or wrong aspect ratio Cause: Later doesn't auto-resize media for different platform requirements Solution: Create platform-specific versions of your content before uploading. Key dimensions: Instagram feed (1080×1080 or 4:5), Instagram Stories/Reels (1080×1920), TikTok (1080×1920), Facebook (1200×630 for link posts, 1080×1080 for feed). Use Canva (integrated in Later) to quickly resize one design for all formats.

Wizlogo (wizlogo.com) platform help — a budget online logo maker (template/style-variation, marketed as "AI") plus a hub of FREE branding tools (business-name, blog-name and slogan generators, business-card maker, invoice generator, color converter, domain search). The pricing traps: the FREE logo is PERSONAL-USE-ONLY; the two cheap paid tiers are RASTER PNG/JPG only — Single (~€39.99 one-time) and Unlimited (~€3.99 per WEEK, recurring) — and VECTOR (SVG/PDF/EPS) is gated to the ~€299.99 Enterprise tier, which also bundles human designer edits and a social kit. Transparent PNG is on all paid plans. Use when making a Wizlogo logo, understanding free-vs-paid or personal-vs-commercial use, which tier unlocks vector/SVG for print, the weekly-subscription billing trap, its free name/slogan generators, or whether it has an API (UI-only — no public API, webhooks, Zapier or MCP). Do NOT use to just generate the business name (use /sales-namelix) or to compare/validate branding tools (use /sales-idea-validation).

VistaPrint platform help (vistaprint.com, a Cimpress company) — the small-business design + print + digital-marketing platform: a free AI Logomaker (4 generations, 60 more after free sign-up) exporting SVG/PNG/PDF at 4000x4000 with no watermark, a free Brand Kit, business cards/flyers/signage/apparel/promo print, and a website builder. THE RIGHTS TRAP: VistaPrint states NO intellectual-property rights transfer on an AI-generated logo — you get usage rights but CANNOT register it for trademark or copyright; only its human designer service transfers full IP. Use when making a VistaPrint logo, asking if you own or can trademark it, running out of AI logo credits, printed colors not matching the screen, bleed/DPI/font file-prep rejections, or asking whether VistaPrint has an API (the consumer site does not — automation runs through the parent Cimpress Open partner-fulfilment API). Do NOT use for Vista Social scheduling (use /sales-vistasocial) or comparing logo tools market-wide (use /sales-idea-validation).

Turbologo (turbologo.com) platform help — a budget AI/DIY logo maker: enter a business name + industry, pick icons and colors, and it proposes logo concepts you refine in an in-browser editor, then pay a one-time fee to download (designing is free, previews are watermarked, downloading is the paywall). Vector SVG/PDF is gated to the mid tier and up; the top tier adds a brand kit (business cards, letterheads, email signatures, social assets). Use when generating a logo in Turbologo, choosing which download tier to buy, vector SVG vs raster PNG, removing the free watermark, the time-limited edit-after-purchase window, pay-to-download pricing questions, whether an AI logo is yours to trademark, or whether Turbologo has an API to bulk-generate logos (it is UI-only — no public API, webhooks, Zapier, or MCP). Do NOT use to generate the business name (use /sales-namelix), compare or validate branding tools across the market (use /sales-idea-validation), or build wider marketing creative (use /sales-canva).

Online Logo Maker (onlinelogomaker.com) platform help — a long-standing free/freemium DIY logo maker: build the mark yourself from icons, shapes, text, and fonts — MANUAL/template-based, NOT enter-a-name-get-AI-concepts. The free pack downloads a LOW-RES 300px PNG with a background; vector SVG, transparent PNG, and 2000px high-res are gated to a one-time lifetime Premium pack (not a subscription). The free tier's commercial-use rights are disputed by reviewers — clean ownership effectively needs Premium, and a shared-icon mark can be non-distinctive. Use for building/editing a logo here, free download vs Premium, vector SVG or transparent PNG, one-time pricing, commercial-use/trademark terms, near-namesake confusion (NOT LogoMaker.com / LogoMakr / Logomakerr.ai), or whether it has an API (UI-only — no API, webhooks, Zapier, MCP). Do NOT use to generate the business name (use /sales-namelix), compare branding tools across the market (use /sales-idea-validation), or build wider creative (use /sales-canva).
