HypeAuditor platform help — AI-powered influencer marketing with Influencer Discovery (223.6M+ profiles across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Twitch, Snapchat), Analytics Reports (35+ metrics, AQS scoring), Fraud Detection (53 patterns), My Network IRM, Campaign Management, Market Analysis, and ecommerce integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento). Covers the Discovery, Reports, Campaign Management, Lists, Market Analysis, Suggester, and Recruitment APIs plus Gmail sync. Use when HypeAuditor searches aren't surfacing the right creators, audience data looks suspicious, unsure if an influencer has fake followers, campaign tracking isn't capturing results, the API isn't returning data, ecommerce sales aren't attributing to influencers, or unsure which plan fits. Do NOT use for influencer strategy across platforms (use /sales-influencer-marketing), TikTok marketing strategy (use /sales-tiktok-marketing), gaming influencer marketing (use /sales-gaming-marketing), or ad campaign strategy (use /sales-retargeting).

Helps the user with HypeAuditor platform questions — from influencer discovery and fraud detection through audience analysis, campaign management, and API usage.
If references/learnings.md exists, read it first for accumulated knowledge.
Ask the user:
What do you need help with?
What's your current setup?
What plan are you on?
If the user's request already provides most of this context, skip directly to the relevant step. Lead with your best-effort answer using reasonable assumptions (stated explicitly), then ask only the most critical 1-2 clarifying questions at the end.
If the request maps to a strategy skill, route:
/sales-influencer-marketing/sales-tiktok-marketing/sales-gaming-marketing/sales-retargeting or /sales-b2b-advertising/sales-email-marketing/sales-affiliate-programOtherwise, answer directly from the platform reference below.

For API integration questions, refer to the detailed HypeAuditor API Reference.
Best-effort from research — review these, especially items about plan-gated features and integration gotchas that may be outdated.
Advanced Discovery filters are plan-gated. The AI Search, Account Quality Score filter, and advanced audience parameters are only available on PRO and above. Basic plan gets limited filters — verify which filters you need before choosing a plan.
Market Analysis is PRO+ only. Competitor monitoring and industry benchmarks require PRO or Enterprise. If competitive intelligence is a priority, factor this into plan selection.
API is Enterprise-only and separately priced. Don't assume API access comes with your plan — it requires a separate agreement and additional cost.
v1 API is deprecated. As of August 2024, v=1 is deprecated. Make sure any integration code uses v=2. If you're on an older integration, migrate before it breaks.
Rate limit is 100 requests per minute. The API returns HTTP 429 if exceeded. Build in backoff logic for batch operations.
Report processing is async. The API may return HTTP 202 with a retryTtl field — this means the report is still being generated. Poll after the retry interval.
Discovery results cap at 10,000. Regardless of how broad your search is, you'll get a maximum of 500 pages (20 results each). Use tighter filters to find the right creators rather than browsing all results.
Ecommerce integrations vary in depth. Shopify has the deepest integration (product sync, gifting, sales attribution). WooCommerce and Magento are more limited — verify which features you need before relying on them.
Gmail sync is one-way. Gmail integration syncs email communication into My Network IRM but may not support all email workflows. Verify the sync direction and limitations for your use case.
Pricing increases over time. Multiple reviewers report annual price increases. Lock in pricing with longer-term contracts if budget predictability matters.

GET /auditor.report/?username={username}Symptom: Searching for "fitness" creators but getting unrelated accounts
Cause: Keyword search is broad — it searches content, descriptions, and niches. Without additional filters, results include anyone who mentioned fitness once.
Solution: Use niche_search instead of search for more targeted niche matching. Add audience demographic filters (location, age, gender) to narrow results. Use the AI Search feature (PRO+) for better semantic matching. Start with tight filters and expand gradually rather than casting a wide net.
Symptom: API calls fail with 402 error
Cause: Your API credit balance is depleted. Each report or discovery call consumes credits based on your agreement.
Solution: Check restTokens in any successful API response to see remaining credits. Contact your account manager to purchase additional credits or upgrade your API agreement. Implement credit tracking in your integration to alert before running out.
Symptom: HypeAuditor campaign metrics show different numbers than your Shopify/WooCommerce dashboard Cause: Attribution window differences, delayed data sync, or promo code usage not captured by the integration Solution: Verify the ecommerce integration is properly connected and syncing. Check that promo codes assigned to creators are correctly configured in both HypeAuditor and your ecommerce platform. Allow 24-48 hours for data to fully sync. For discrepancies, use the ecommerce platform as the source of truth for revenue and HypeAuditor for engagement and reach metrics.

Wizlogo (wizlogo.com) platform help — a budget online logo maker (template/style-variation, marketed as "AI") plus a hub of FREE branding tools (business-name, blog-name and slogan generators, business-card maker, invoice generator, color converter, domain search). The pricing traps: the FREE logo is PERSONAL-USE-ONLY; the two cheap paid tiers are RASTER PNG/JPG only — Single (~€39.99 one-time) and Unlimited (~€3.99 per WEEK, recurring) — and VECTOR (SVG/PDF/EPS) is gated to the ~€299.99 Enterprise tier, which also bundles human designer edits and a social kit. Transparent PNG is on all paid plans. Use when making a Wizlogo logo, understanding free-vs-paid or personal-vs-commercial use, which tier unlocks vector/SVG for print, the weekly-subscription billing trap, its free name/slogan generators, or whether it has an API (UI-only — no public API, webhooks, Zapier or MCP). Do NOT use to just generate the business name (use /sales-namelix) or to compare/validate branding tools (use /sales-idea-validation).

VistaPrint platform help (vistaprint.com, a Cimpress company) — the small-business design + print + digital-marketing platform: a free AI Logomaker (4 generations, 60 more after free sign-up) exporting SVG/PNG/PDF at 4000x4000 with no watermark, a free Brand Kit, business cards/flyers/signage/apparel/promo print, and a website builder. THE RIGHTS TRAP: VistaPrint states NO intellectual-property rights transfer on an AI-generated logo — you get usage rights but CANNOT register it for trademark or copyright; only its human designer service transfers full IP. Use when making a VistaPrint logo, asking if you own or can trademark it, running out of AI logo credits, printed colors not matching the screen, bleed/DPI/font file-prep rejections, or asking whether VistaPrint has an API (the consumer site does not — automation runs through the parent Cimpress Open partner-fulfilment API). Do NOT use for Vista Social scheduling (use /sales-vistasocial) or comparing logo tools market-wide (use /sales-idea-validation).

Turbologo (turbologo.com) platform help — a budget AI/DIY logo maker: enter a business name + industry, pick icons and colors, and it proposes logo concepts you refine in an in-browser editor, then pay a one-time fee to download (designing is free, previews are watermarked, downloading is the paywall). Vector SVG/PDF is gated to the mid tier and up; the top tier adds a brand kit (business cards, letterheads, email signatures, social assets). Use when generating a logo in Turbologo, choosing which download tier to buy, vector SVG vs raster PNG, removing the free watermark, the time-limited edit-after-purchase window, pay-to-download pricing questions, whether an AI logo is yours to trademark, or whether Turbologo has an API to bulk-generate logos (it is UI-only — no public API, webhooks, Zapier, or MCP). Do NOT use to generate the business name (use /sales-namelix), compare or validate branding tools across the market (use /sales-idea-validation), or build wider marketing creative (use /sales-canva).

Online Logo Maker (onlinelogomaker.com) platform help — a long-standing free/freemium DIY logo maker: build the mark yourself from icons, shapes, text, and fonts — MANUAL/template-based, NOT enter-a-name-get-AI-concepts. The free pack downloads a LOW-RES 300px PNG with a background; vector SVG, transparent PNG, and 2000px high-res are gated to a one-time lifetime Premium pack (not a subscription). The free tier's commercial-use rights are disputed by reviewers — clean ownership effectively needs Premium, and a shared-icon mark can be non-distinctive. Use for building/editing a logo here, free download vs Premium, vector SVG or transparent PNG, one-time pricing, commercial-use/trademark terms, near-namesake confusion (NOT LogoMaker.com / LogoMakr / Logomakerr.ai), or whether it has an API (UI-only — no API, webhooks, Zapier, MCP). Do NOT use to generate the business name (use /sales-namelix), compare branding tools across the market (use /sales-idea-validation), or build wider creative (use /sales-canva).
