Creator.co platform help — AI-powered influencer marketing connecting brands with 400M+ creators for campaign management, UGC, and affiliate tracking. Covers London AI agent (automated creator matching and outreach), campaign dashboard (briefs, approvals, content review, payouts), creator marketplace (creator.space), UGC with full usage rights, affiliate integrations (Impact, CJ, Awin, Rakuten), Deep Insights reports, Shopify product gifting, and performance analytics (ROAS, conversions). Use when Creator.co campaigns not attracting the right creators, London AI recommendations feel off, creator content quality is inconsistent, affiliate tracking not attributing sales correctly, or unsure which Creator.co plan to pick. Do NOT use for influencer analytics without Creator.co (use /sales-infludata), ad campaign strategy (use /sales-retargeting), or affiliate program design (use /sales-affiliate-program).

Helps the user with Creator.co platform questions — from AI-powered creator matching and campaign setup through UGC content management, affiliate tracking, product gifting, and performance reporting.
If references/learnings.md exists, read it first for accumulated knowledge.
Ask the user:
What do you need help with?
What platforms are your creators on?
What's your Creator.co plan?
If the user's request already provides most of this context, skip directly to the relevant step. Lead with your best-effort answer using reasonable assumptions (stated explicitly), then ask only the most critical 1-2 clarifying questions at the end.
If the request maps to a specialized skill, route:
/sales-infludata/sales-retargeting or /sales-b2b-advertising/sales-affiliate-program/sales-email-marketing/sales-integrationOtherwise, answer directly from platform knowledge below.
Read references/platform-guide.md for detailed module documentation, pricing, integrations, and data model.
You no longer need the platform guide details — focus on the user's specific situation.
Based on the user's specific question:
| Step | What to do | Common mistake | |---|---|---| | 1. Define goals | Set specific KPIs (ROAS target, content pieces, reach) | Vague goals like "more awareness" | | 2. Set budget | Load digital wallet, set per-creator budget | Not accounting for product gifting costs | | 3. Create brief | Use London AI to generate, then customize | Overly restrictive creative guidelines | | 4. Find creators | Let London match + browse marketplace applicants | Only using one channel (AI or marketplace) | | 5. Vet creators | Check Deep Insights before activating | Skipping audience quality check | | 6. Activate | Approve creators, ship products if gifting | Activating too many creators at once | | 7. Review content | Approve/revise in dashboard | Slow approval delays campaign timeline | | 8. Track performance | Monitor real-time dashboard | Not setting up attribution before launch |
Best-effort from research — review these, especially items about plan-gated features and integration gotchas that may be outdated.
Creator quality varies on the marketplace. Multiple reviewers note fake followers among marketplace creators. Always check Deep Insights reports before activating. Don't skip the audience authenticity check — Creator.co doesn't have built-in fake follower detection like some competitors (influData, Modash, HypeAuditor).
Engagement rate calculations may be off. Trustpilot reviewers report that engagement rates change (usually decrease) when reconnecting accounts. Cross-reference Creator.co's engagement data with the creator's native platform analytics or a third-party tool.
3-month minimum commitment. Both Self-Serve ($299/mo) and Managed ($2,199/mo) require a 3-month minimum. That's $897 or $6,597 minimum commitment before you can cancel.
"Unlimited collaborations" doesn't mean unlimited managed support. Self-Serve gives unlimited creator activations but you manage everything yourself. Managed plan caps at 5 creator collaborations per month with account manager support.
Content compliance is manual. There's no automated content compliance checking — you review every piece of content yourself. At scale (100+ creators), this becomes a bottleneck.
Login and dashboard issues reported. G2 and Trustpilot reviewers mention occasional login failures and campaigns not loading. If campaigns won't display, try clearing cache, switching browsers, or contacting support.
Pricing has changed frequently. Older reviews cite different prices ($460, $995, etc.). Always check creator.co/pricing for current rates.
No public API. If you need programmatic access to campaign data or creator info, Creator.co doesn't offer it. Consider exporting reports manually or using their pre-built integrations.

Symptom: You can log in but the campaign dashboard shows blank or fails to load Cause: Known intermittent issue reported by multiple G2 and Trustpilot reviewers. May be browser cache, session issues, or platform-side bugs. Solution: Clear browser cache and cookies, try incognito mode or a different browser. If the issue persists, contact Creator.co support. Some users report that campaigns load after waiting a few minutes and refreshing.
Symptom: Creator's engagement rate in Creator.co doesn't match what you see on their actual profile, or it changes when you reconnect Cause: Creator.co's engagement calculation methodology may differ from the platform's native stats. Reconnecting accounts can trigger recalculation with different data windows. Solution: Use Deep Insights as a directional signal, not absolute truth. Cross-reference with the creator's native analytics (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics) or a third-party tool like influData. For critical decisions, ask the creator to share their native analytics screenshots.
Symptom: Activated a creator who turned out to have inflated follower counts or bot engagement Cause: Creator.co's marketplace is opt-in — creators self-apply without automated fraud screening. The platform lacks built-in fake follower detection. Solution: Always review Deep Insights before activating. Look for: sudden follower spikes, engagement rates outside normal ranges (below 1% or above 10% for their size), audience geography mismatches. For high-stakes campaigns, cross-reference with a dedicated analytics tool like influData or HypeAuditor before committing budget.

UpViral platform help — viral referral marketing and list-building platform (by Emarky) for viral sweepstakes, giveaway/reward campaigns, pre-launch waiting lists, and milestone referral programs, with REST API (app.upviral.com/api/v1/), callback-URL webhooks, PHP SDK, fraud detection (IP-based suspicious-referral flagging), A/B testing, smart leaderboards, unlockable incentives, and 30+ native ESP/CRM integrations (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, AWeber, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Intercom) plus Zapier/Make/Pipedream/Integrately/Pabbly. Use when UpViral campaigns aren't tracking referral points correctly, deciding between Starter $79/mo annual (10K leads, 1 brand, NO API) vs Business $119/mo (25K, 2 brands, API + webhooks unlocked) vs Premium $319/mo (100K, 5 brands, dedicated account manager), the API returns errors because you're on the Starter tier where API/webhooks are gated, building an UpViral→CRM or UpViral→data-warehouse pipeline with add_contact / get_leads / get_leads_points / add_points / get_custom_fields / lists methods (uvapikey + uvmethod form-encoded POST), interpreting fraud flags where same-IP referrals get marked suspicious and you must manually activate/delete/blacklist, setting up the Callback URL (webhook) to fire on reward-unlock events, Zapier New Lead / New Reward Unlocked triggers not firing, ClickFunnels/Shopify/funnel-builder integration breaking, the drag-and-drop page builder showing broken widgets or limited customization, the setup feeling long and complicated for your first campaign, or picking UpViral over Viral Loops / KickoffLabs / Vyper / Prefinery / Gleam / KingSumo / ShortStack for a viral campaign. Use when ReferralHero campaigns aren't tracking referrals correctly, deciding between PRO $199/mo (10K members, includes API + webhooks) and PREMIUM $399/mo (50K members, adds ReCaptcha + SMS verification), authentication is failing with no_token or X-API-Key header is being ignored, multi-level referral counts (Level 2/3) aren't appearing for downline subscribers, coupon group endpoints return 404 or coupon arrays max out, hitting the 5,000 calls/hour soft limit and getting too_many_calls 429s, the Mailchimp/Kit native integration is double-adding subscribers, webhook payloads aren't firing on confirmation events, importing Stripe customer IDs through transaction tracking, generating reward fulfillment when subscribers cross milestone thresholds (promote/unlock_promoted_reward), comparing ReferralHero against SparkLoop/ReferralKit/Viral Loops/GrowSurf/KickoffLabs for referral marketing, or routing referral data via add_bulk_transactions (500-transaction batch limit). Use when KickoffLabs viral campaigns aren't tracking referrals correctly, deciding between Hobby $13/mo annual (500 leads/mo no A/B no reward emails) vs Premium $48/mo (2.5K + A/B + reward emails + tracking pixels) vs Business $99/mo (10K + custom email templates + custom domains + advanced reporting + 3 team) vs Enterprise $202/mo (25K + 5 team + SMS included), API key getting rejected because you embedded it in client-side JavaScript instead of server-side, can't decide whether to use v1 /subscribe vs v2 /tags/:TAG_ID/lead for lead creation, webhook payloads firing with `__fraudulent` flag and you need to interpret the duplicate_ip/bounced/duplidate_email reason codes (yes, duplidate is spelled that way in their docs), AnyForm script not posting to KickoffLabs vs native API endpoint, leaderboard endpoint returning more than 50 leads is not allowed, social_id (kid in share URLs) attribution chain breaking between v1 and v2, contest score vs lead count metrics in the webhook payload are confusing, SMS Verification only available on Premium+ as $50/mo add-on (Enterprise includes), per-month lead cap auto-upgrades at $8 per 1000 overage leads, picking between KickoffLabs and Viral Loops / UpViral / Prefinery / ReferralCandy / Voucherify for viral campaign type fit, or rate limit per tier (10-100 calls/minute) is hitting on bulk imports.
