Aspire platform help — word-of-mouth commerce for influencer marketing, product seeding, affiliate tracking, UGC sourcing, and paid social. Covers Discovery (170M+ profiles, Quickmatch AI, image recognition), Campaign Management (lifecycle tracking, content approval, term sheets), Product Seeding (Shopify gifting, shipping), Affiliate Tracking (promo codes, attribution), UGC & Content (library, repurposing for ads), Paid Social (TikTok Spark Ads, Meta whitelisting), Creator Payments (free processing). Integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Klaviyo, CJ, Impact, ShareASale/Awin. Use when Aspire discovery isn't surfacing the right creators, product seeding orders aren't syncing with Shopify, affiliate tracking isn't attributing sales, content approvals are bottlenecked, not sure which Aspire plan fits, or integrations aren't connecting properly. Do NOT use for influencer strategy across platforms (use /sales-influencer-marketing) or affiliate program design (use /sales-affiliate-program).

Helps the user with Aspire (formerly AspireIQ) platform questions — from influencer discovery and product seeding through campaign management, affiliate tracking, and content repurposing for paid ads.
If references/learnings.md exists, read it first for accumulated knowledge.
Ask the user:
What do you need help with?
What's your current setup?
What ecommerce platform do you use?
If the user's request already provides most of this context, skip directly to the relevant step. Lead with your best-effort answer using reasonable assumptions (stated explicitly), then ask only the most critical 1-2 clarifying questions at the end.
If the request maps to a different skill, route:
/sales-influencer-marketing/sales-tiktok-marketing/sales-gaming-marketing/sales-affiliate-program/sales-tagshop/sales-retargeting/sales-email-marketingOtherwise, answer directly from the platform reference below.
Read references/platform-guide.md for the full reference — the platform overview (170M+ creator database, word-of-mouth commerce for ecommerce brands), the capability and integrations tables (Shopify/WooCommerce/Meta/TikTok/Klaviyo/CJ/Impact/ShareASale/PayPal), the Shopify integration deep dive, the five discovery methods, the 9-step campaign workflow, best-effort pricing (Basic/Pro/Enterprise, ~$2,300/mo start, demo-only), and the API access notes (OAuth 2.0 client-credentials; docs not public — verify with Aspire support).
Answer using only the relevant section — don't dump the full reference.
Based on the user's specific question:
Best-effort from research — review these, especially items about plan-gated features and integration gotchas that may be outdated.
Quickmatch recommendations can be irrelevant. Multiple reviewers report the AI discovery algorithm recommends creators that don't match their niche or audience criteria. Supplement Quickmatch with manual keyword search and competitor monitoring for higher-quality results.
Page load times can be slow. Users report occasional sluggishness in the browser interface, especially when managing multiple campaigns. Clear browser cache, reduce open campaigns, or contact support if persistent.
No transparent pricing. All pricing is custom and requires a sales call. Budget ~$2,300/mo minimum with a yearly commitment. No month-to-month option.
Creators ghost after receiving products. This is an industry-wide problem, not Aspire-specific. Use contracted gifting with clear deliverables in digital term sheets rather than no-strings gifting to improve post rates.
Content guidelines are rigid to customize. The contract/brief builder can be limiting for complex campaign requirements. Some teams draft terms externally and attach them as documents.
Running multiple campaigns is clunky on Basic/Pro. Campaign limits are strict (1 on Basic, 4 on Pro). If you need 5+ concurrent campaigns, you need Enterprise.
Yearly commitment required. No month-to-month plans. Test with a demo and trial before committing.
Only Shopify and WooCommerce for ecommerce. No BigCommerce, Magento, or other platform integrations. If you're not on Shopify or WooCommerce, product seeding and affiliate tracking require manual workarounds.
API docs are not public. You need an account manager to access API documentation and credentials.
Creator database quality can be inconsistent. Shopify App Store reviewers report scarce results for popular hashtags (sometimes <10 results), inaccurate user data, and undeliverable email addresses. Cross-reference with a second discovery method if results look thin.
Instagram lookalike search was removed. You can no longer find creators with similar audiences to your top performers via lookalike search on Instagram. Use keyword search, competitor monitoring, or image recognition AI as alternatives.
Post tracking relies on creator tagging. Aspire requires creators to submit content via briefs or tag the brand. If they tag incorrectly or forget, you have to manually find their posts.
PayPal payments are USD-only. International creators get hit with currency conversion fees on their agreed rates. Factor this into compensation discussions with non-US creators.

Symptom: Quickmatch or search results show creators that don't match your niche Cause: AI algorithm recommendations can be broad, especially for niche categories Solution: Use keyword/hashtag search with specific terms instead of Quickmatch for niche targeting. Layer filters (location, follower count, engagement rate) to narrow results. Use competitor monitoring to find creators already working in your space. Consider the creator marketplace for inbound applications from interested creators.
Symptom: Product seeding orders aren't appearing in Shopify or data isn't refreshing Cause: OAuth connection may need reauthorization, or sync hasn't run yet (daily morning sync) Solution: Check the Shopify integration status in Aspire settings. Disconnect and reconnect the OAuth if needed. Data syncs automatically every morning — if you need immediate data, wait for the next sync cycle or contact support for a manual refresh.
Symptom: Creators accepted the campaign but haven't submitted content by the deadline Cause: Aspire sends automated reminder emails for overdue content, but creators may ignore them. The platform doesn't penalize creators for ghosting. Solution: Set clear deadlines in digital term sheets. Use Aspire's automated reminder system (triggers for overdue content and unaccepted offers). Follow up directly vian email or DM outside Aspire. For future campaigns, vet creators more carefully and prefer creators with high completion rates from past campaigns.

Wizlogo (wizlogo.com) platform help — a budget online logo maker (template/style-variation, marketed as "AI") plus a hub of FREE branding tools (business-name, blog-name and slogan generators, business-card maker, invoice generator, color converter, domain search). The pricing traps: the FREE logo is PERSONAL-USE-ONLY; the two cheap paid tiers are RASTER PNG/JPG only — Single (~€39.99 one-time) and Unlimited (~€3.99 per WEEK, recurring) — and VECTOR (SVG/PDF/EPS) is gated to the ~€299.99 Enterprise tier, which also bundles human designer edits and a social kit. Transparent PNG is on all paid plans. Use when making a Wizlogo logo, understanding free-vs-paid or personal-vs-commercial use, which tier unlocks vector/SVG for print, the weekly-subscription billing trap, its free name/slogan generators, or whether it has an API (UI-only — no public API, webhooks, Zapier or MCP). Do NOT use to just generate the business name (use /sales-namelix) or to compare/validate branding tools (use /sales-idea-validation).

VistaPrint platform help (vistaprint.com, a Cimpress company) — the small-business design + print + digital-marketing platform: a free AI Logomaker (4 generations, 60 more after free sign-up) exporting SVG/PNG/PDF at 4000x4000 with no watermark, a free Brand Kit, business cards/flyers/signage/apparel/promo print, and a website builder. THE RIGHTS TRAP: VistaPrint states NO intellectual-property rights transfer on an AI-generated logo — you get usage rights but CANNOT register it for trademark or copyright; only its human designer service transfers full IP. Use when making a VistaPrint logo, asking if you own or can trademark it, running out of AI logo credits, printed colors not matching the screen, bleed/DPI/font file-prep rejections, or asking whether VistaPrint has an API (the consumer site does not — automation runs through the parent Cimpress Open partner-fulfilment API). Do NOT use for Vista Social scheduling (use /sales-vistasocial) or comparing logo tools market-wide (use /sales-idea-validation).

Turbologo (turbologo.com) platform help — a budget AI/DIY logo maker: enter a business name + industry, pick icons and colors, and it proposes logo concepts you refine in an in-browser editor, then pay a one-time fee to download (designing is free, previews are watermarked, downloading is the paywall). Vector SVG/PDF is gated to the mid tier and up; the top tier adds a brand kit (business cards, letterheads, email signatures, social assets). Use when generating a logo in Turbologo, choosing which download tier to buy, vector SVG vs raster PNG, removing the free watermark, the time-limited edit-after-purchase window, pay-to-download pricing questions, whether an AI logo is yours to trademark, or whether Turbologo has an API to bulk-generate logos (it is UI-only — no public API, webhooks, Zapier, or MCP). Do NOT use to generate the business name (use /sales-namelix), compare or validate branding tools across the market (use /sales-idea-validation), or build wider marketing creative (use /sales-canva).

Online Logo Maker (onlinelogomaker.com) platform help — a long-standing free/freemium DIY logo maker: build the mark yourself from icons, shapes, text, and fonts — MANUAL/template-based, NOT enter-a-name-get-AI-concepts. The free pack downloads a LOW-RES 300px PNG with a background; vector SVG, transparent PNG, and 2000px high-res are gated to a one-time lifetime Premium pack (not a subscription). The free tier's commercial-use rights are disputed by reviewers — clean ownership effectively needs Premium, and a shared-icon mark can be non-distinctive. Use for building/editing a logo here, free download vs Premium, vector SVG or transparent PNG, one-time pricing, commercial-use/trademark terms, near-namesake confusion (NOT LogoMaker.com / LogoMakr / Logomakerr.ai), or whether it has an API (UI-only — no API, webhooks, Zapier, MCP). Do NOT use to generate the business name (use /sales-namelix), compare branding tools across the market (use /sales-idea-validation), or build wider creative (use /sales-canva).
