3. Recursively check Curated-Context/Meeting-Insights/ (including all YYYYMM/ subdirectories) for meetings with this person over the past 2 weeks
4. Check Memory/memory-work.md for project status relevant to their team or shared work items
5. Identify:
   • Recent discussion topics
   • Outstanding action items
   • Unresolved questions
   • Follow-ups needed
   • Current dynamics or situations worth being aware of
6. Compile a brief context paragraph

Output

Output directly to chat - no need to persist to memory. Keep it concise and actionable.
