Update all three memory files based on today's scan manifest in a single sequential pass.

Process Guidelines

DO BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE: Follow all guidelines in Guidelines/memory-consolidation-guidelines.md

Prerequisites

Today's staging directory must exist with scan-manifest.md: Memory/YYYYMMDD-memory-update/

If no staging directory exists, inform user to run /memory-scan first.

Process

1. Read Memory/YYYYMMDD-memory-update/scan-manifest.md
2. Read Curated-Context/System/corrections.md for pending corrections
3. Read all three current memory files:
   • Memory/memory-people.md
   • Memory/memory-work.md
   • Memory/memory-context.md
4. Read the previous (most recently archived) memory summaries for a little more historical context:
   • Archive/Memory/YYYYMMDD-memory-archived/memory*.md
5. Read new source files identified in the manifest
6. Read relevant entity stubs for reference (People, Teams, Vendors, Projects)
7. Write updated files to staging directory:
   • Memory/YYYYMMDD-memory-update/memory-people.md
   • Memory/YYYYMMDD-memory-update/memory-work.md
   • Memory/YYYYMMDD-memory-update/memory-context.md
8. Do not clear Curated-Context/System/corrections.md yet as it will be used by a later step for validation (/memory-validate)

File Ownership Rules

memory-people.md - Sole authority for:

• Interpersonal dynamics, leadership interactions, team health
• Individual situations requiring attention
• Communication patterns and meeting cadence
• Cross-functional relationship context
• Does NOT contain: project status, vendor contracts, strategic priorities

memory-work.md - Sole authority for:

• Active project status, delivery milestones, blockers
• Infrastructure deployment and technical progress
• Enablement progress
• Does NOT contain: vendor commercial terms, interpersonal dynamics, strategic rationale

memory-context.md - Sole authority for:

• Strategic direction, planning frameworks
• Vendor commercial relationships and budget/procurement
• Company/supergroup structural context, H1 goals
• Does NOT contain: individual project milestones, individual people dynamics

Entity stubs own static facts (roles, team membership, contract terms, project scope). Memory files reference entities with brief inline context but do NOT repeat stub content.

Output

1. Write all three files to staging
2. Read back each file to verify structure and line counts
3. Report line counts and confirm all three files written
4. STOP - inform user to run /memory-consolidate next
