Quick read of where things stand. No writes, no changes — just source ring.
Report
- Boot health — which BIOS subsystems are up (from boot_status)
- Agent schema — atom count, edge count, edges/atoms ratio vs e target
- Hydrogen targets — shell progress vs 2π/π/e targets
- Fleet — providers available, last response time
- Open work — from ganesha.open_work, top 5 by priority
- Unpushed — any uncommitted/unpushed code changes across repos
- Session delta — atoms written this session, atoms archived, edges created
Rules
- Read only. No writes.
- Keep it concise. Plain language, not tables (Sean's preference).
