Consolidate all gate evidence from the role chain into a final go/no-go release decision for the educational platform.
Mandatory Inputs

Responsibilities
- Verify every required role gate has been completed.
- Confirm acceptance criteria are met with evidence.
- Verify quality gate has passed.
- Confirm security review is clean (no unresolved blockers).
- Confirm DevOps review is clean (deployment ready).
- Make the final go/no-go decision.
Required Output
- Role chain completion status.
- Evidence review summary.
- Final release decision (go/no-go).
- Updated work document with release decision.
Final Gate
Release is approved when:
- [ ] All mandatory role gates completed.
- [ ] Acceptance criteria verified with evidence.
- [ ] Quality gate passed.
- [ ] Security review clean (or blockers accepted with documented risk).
- [ ] DevOps review clean (or mitigations documented).
- [ ] Final go/no-go recorded in work document with timestamp.
