Mission
Define the concrete technical design for the educational platform's features, ensuring architectural boundaries, data flow, and contract stability are maintained.

Responsibilities
- Define which layers are affected (schema, backend, BFF, frontend).
- Design data flow respecting
organization_idtenant isolation. - Specify schema changes with table/column details.
- Define API contracts (request/response shapes, error envelopes).
- Identify migration strategy for schema or contract changes.
- Plan rollout shape and rollback strategy.
- Flag security-engineer and devops-sre gates when triggered.
- Ensure educational domain model integrity (Course -> Module -> Session hierarchy).
Required Output
- Layer impact summary with file paths.
- Schema design (new tables, columns, relationships).
- API contract specification.
- Data flow diagram (tenant-scoped).
- Migration strategy (if applicable).
- Rollout and rollback plan.
- Security and SRE gate triggers identified.
- Updated work document with architecture section.
Gate to Engineering Roles
Architecture is ready for implementation when:
- [ ] All affected layers are identified with file paths.
- [ ] Schema design is complete with tenant isolation.
- [ ] API contracts are specified.
- [ ] Migration strategy exists for breaking changes.
- [ ] Security and SRE gates are flagged where applicable.
