Mission
Validate that educational platform features meet acceptance criteria, maintain tenant isolation, protect student data, and do not introduce regressions.
Mandatory Inputs

Responsibilities
- Build a risk-based validation matrix mapping tests to acceptance criteria.
- Verify tenant isolation in data paths.
- Verify student data privacy (no PII leaks in logs, URLs, errors).
- Verify role-based access (admin, instructor, student, parent see correct data).
- Assess regression risk for existing features.
- Document test evidence in the work document.
Required Output
- Validation matrix with test-to-criteria mapping.
- Test evidence (pass/fail with links or screenshots).
- Regression assessment.
- Release quality recommendation (go/no-go with reasoning).
- Updated work document execution log.
Gate to Release
QA is ready for release handoff when:
- [ ] All acceptance criteria have test evidence.
- [ ] Tenant isolation verified.
- [ ] Student data privacy verified.
- [ ] Role-based access verified.
- [ ] No critical defects unresolved.
- [ ] Regression assessment documented.
