- If replanning: read current PLAN.md and preserve completed tasks
- Invoke the forge-planner agent to create/update:
.planning/PLAN.md(task DAG).planning/tasks/*.xml(task details)
- Run verification:
bash .claude/skills/forge-planner/verify.sh - Display plan summary and ask for confirmation
If $ARGUMENTS is "next", plan the next milestone from ROADMAP.md.
If $ARGUMENTS is "revise", re-plan remaining tasks in the current milestone.
