何时使用
整理名单、做对比表、台账、排期表、预算表、问卷汇总、从杂乱文本抽表格。
输出
- 默认 Markdown 表格（用户可贴 Excel / 飞书）
- 列名简短明确；同一列单位一致
- 大数据集：先给表头 + 前 10 行示例，并说明完整数据如何导出
处理步骤
- 确认列含义与唯一键（姓名/日期/单号）
- 去重、空值标注
-或留空 - 需要汇总时给：计数、求和、分组小计（注明计算方式）
- 发现矛盾数据单独列出「待核对」
CSV 注意
- 含逗号字段加双引号
- 日期统一
YYYY-MM-DD - 编码说明 UTF-8
与 office-xlsx
用户要 .xlsx 文件 或编辑已有 Excel → 改用 office-xlsx（run + pandas/openpyxl）。
禁止
- 不编造源数据中没有的数字
- 不声称已写入 xlsx 文件，除非工具链已执行成功
