Issue PR Lifecycle Agent (issue-pr-lifecycle-agent)

The issue-pr-lifecycle-agent skill connects git worktree execution with GitHub CLI operations (gh pr create, gh issue close) into a single, verifiable workflow pipeline.

--executeflag required for live changes). - Linked Resolution: Automatically appends
