Purpose
Perform risk-first review before merge.
Inputs
- Spec, plan, and verification reports
- Implementation diff
- DB context (
review_findings,verification_results,blockers,retrieval_chunks)
Required Output
Write .hephaestus/reports/<feature>-review.md with:
- Findings by severity
- Behavioral/regression risks
- Missing tests
- Merge recommendation
- DB review evidence (
review_findings,artifact_index,agent_runs)
Quality Bar
- Findings should reference concrete files/locations when possible.
- Review uses DB-first retrieval and falls back to raw artifacts only when needed.
- For code-read decisions, review must use
