Requirements prioritise
Produces an ordered backlog slice tied to goals.
When to use
- Planning milestone or sprint
- Stakeholders disagree on order
- You must document why something was deferred
Instructions
- List candidate requirements with IDs.
- MoSCoW or value/effort matrix (pick one; state which).
- MVP — minimum set that meets top requirements-goals.
- Deferred items — each gets a reason + future issue link.
