# Ubiquitous Language
## Order lifecycle
| Term | Definition | Aliases to avoid |
|------|-----------|-----------------|
| **Order** | A customer's request to purchase one or more items | Purchase, transaction |
| **Invoice** | A request for payment sent to a customer after delivery | Bill, payment request |
## People
| Term | Definition | Aliases to avoid |
|------|-----------|-----------------|
| **Customer** | A person or organization that places orders | Client, buyer, account |
| **User** | An authentication identity in the system | Login, account |
## Relationships
- An **Invoice** belongs to exactly one **Customer**
- An **Order** produces one or more **Invoices**
## Example dialogue
> **Dev:** "When a **Customer** places an **Order**, do we create the **Invoice** immediately?"
> **Domain expert:** "No — an **Invoice** is only generated once a **Fulfillment** is confirmed. A single **Order** can produce multiple **Invoices** if items ship in separate **Shipments**."
> **Dev:** "So if a **Shipment** is cancelled before dispatch, no **Invoice** exists for it?"
> **Domain expert:** "Exactly. The **Invoice** lifecycle is tied to the **Fulfillment**, not the **Order**."
## Flagged ambiguities
- "account" was used to mean both **Customer** and **User** — these are distinct concepts: a **Customer** places orders, while a **User** is an authentication identity that may or may not represent a **Customer**.

development
Manage devlogs (session journal entries) under the active repo's `.claude/devlogs/`. Subcommands - `write` creates a new date-stamped entry, `read` loads existing entries into context. Use when the user invokes `/devlog <subcommand>` or asks to write, save, recall, or load today's/recent devlogs.
development
Run MY_WIKI operations (ingest, query, research, lint). Use when the user wants to add sources to the wiki, ask questions against it, research new topics from the web, or audit its quality.
testing
Create and edit Obsidian Flavored Markdown with wikilinks, embeds, callouts, properties, and other Obsidian-specific syntax. Use when working with .md files in Obsidian, or when the user mentions wikilinks, callouts, frontmatter, tags, embeds, or Obsidian notes.
tools
Interact with Obsidian vaults using the Obsidian CLI to read, create, search, and manage notes, tasks, properties, and more. Also supports plugin and theme development with commands to reload plugins, run JavaScript, capture errors, take screenshots, and inspect the DOM. Use when the user asks to interact with their Obsidian vault, manage notes, search vault content, perform vault operations from the command line, or develop and debug Obsidian plugins and themes.
