Quy tắc
- LUÔN ghi log mỗi task: thời gian bắt đầu, kết thúc, trạng thái
- LUÔN có timeout cho mỗi task
- Retry task thất bại tối đa 3 lần
- KHÔNG chạy quá nhiều task đồng thời (giới hạn concurrent)
- Lưu trạng thái task để tiếp tục sau khi restart
