skills/create-local-plan/SKILL.md
Create a detailed development plan stored locally in `.github/plans/`. Use when the user wants to plan a new feature, create a local backlog or bug plan, or draft a detailed development plan without creating GitHub issues. Plans are written in Traditional Chinese with English code examples.

Create a detailed development plan stored locally in the .github/plans/ directory.
We are at planning stage so don't start to implement anything!
This time, the work requires greater accuracy. You are allowed to use more resources for reflection, so please ultrathink carefully before you begin.
Research: Conduct deep research on the project and the plan. Search for relevant information in the codebase, run commands like git log or git diff to understand the project history.
Plan Creation: Create a development plan in .github/plans/backlogs or .github/plans/bugs. Write the plan description in 正體中文, but use English for example code comments and CLI responses. The plan should be very detailed (try your best!) because I will assign these tasks to newbies in the future. Please write documentation that enables anyone to complete the work successfully. However, do not mention 'newbies' in the document, as I do not want to undermine the employee's confidence. Please write that enables anyone to complete the work successfully.
Prompt User: Show the plan details and ask if any changes are needed. If so, edit the plan description accordingly.
development
Generate images via the Stable Diffusion WebUI / Forge HTTP API (AUTOMATIC1111-compatible `/sdapi/v1/*`). Use when the user wants to (1) discover or pick a model / extra module (TE/VAE) / sampler / scheduler / style preset from a running sd-webui server, (2) generate an image with a given prompt (txt2img), (3) check generation progress, (4) cancel/interrupt an in-flight generation, (5) inspect or change a global sd-webui option (e.g. active checkpoint), or (6) test connectivity. This skill talks to a *generic* sd-webui-compatible server (AUTOMATIC1111, Forge, reForge, sd-webui-forge-classic). Do NOT trigger for requests that are purely writing the prompt itself.
testing
Verify implementation matches change artifacts. Use when the user wants to validate that implementation is complete, correct, and coherent before archiving.
development
Update an OpenSpec change by revising its existing planning artifacts and keeping them coherent with one another. Use when the user wants to revise a change's plan, fold new decisions into it, or reconcile its artifacts after an edit. Never edits code.
data-ai
Sync delta specs from a change to main specs. Use when the user wants to update main specs with changes from a delta spec, without archiving the change.
