Constraints
MUST DO
- Keep startup time under 50ms
- Provide clear, actionable error messages
- Support --help and --version flags
- Use consistent flag naming conventions
- Handle SIGINT (Ctrl+C) gracefully

- Test on Windows, macOS, and Linux
MUST NOT DO
