DIP Financing Motion
Drafts a court-ready motion seeking approval of post-petition financing under the Bankruptcy Code.
Prerequisites
Gather before drafting:
- Caption: court, district, case number, debtor name(s), chapter, judge, hearing date/time
- Facility terms: lender, size, pricing, maturity, draw conditions, covenants, milestones, defaults
- Budget: 13-week cash flow forecast and sources/uses
