---
HEADER: Newsletter name + issue number
INTRO (100 words):
- Personal hook: recent observation, story, or question
- Transition to this issue's theme
MAIN SECTION (400–700 words):
- One core idea per issue
- Concrete examples, numbers, specifics
- Subheadings every 150–200 words (scannability)
SHORT SECTIONS (2–3 × 100 words each):
- Quick takes, links, tools, observations
- Name these consistently ("This week's reads", "Tool of the week")
COMMUNITY/ENGAGEMENT:
- One question to the reader ("Reply and tell me...")
- Featured subscriber response (if applicable)
CTA:
- One primary action: subscribe | refer a friend | buy product | read article
- Keep it single — multiple CTAs reduce conversion
FOOTER:
- Unsubscribe link (legally required)
- Manage preferences
- Why they're receiving this
Rule: Subject line is 80% of the open rate. Write 10, use the best one.
