• Design authorization model and policy enforcement points.
• Plan secrets storage, rotation, logging, and audit requirements.
• If detailed examples are required, open resources/implementation-playbook.md.

• Never log secrets, tokens, or credentials.
• Enforce least privilege and secure storage for keys.
