macOS Dictation uses ~/Library/Spelling/LocalDictionary for custom vocabulary. This plain-text file (one word per line) improves recognition of names, project terms, and domain-specific words that the default speech model wouldn't know.
~/Library/Spelling/LocalDictionaryExtract custom words from the knowledge base and write them to LocalDictionary. Load the knowledge base skill for structure and file locations.

testing
Look up people, projects, products, and decisions locally first: contact info (email, Slack ID, GitHub handle), titles and teams, project/product status, who works on what, and past decisions. Check before searching Slack, email, calendar, or GitHub — this is the first stop for any contact detail, project context, or decision-history question.
