Communication Discipline — agent 間通訊行為規則

從 Arthur directives + IR + 實戰經驗提取的通訊硬規則。

1. WPT + inbox 雙寫缺一不可

規則: 派工必須同時 plant WPT row + inbox spec。

• 只寫 inbox 沒 WPT → WAG 不喚 owner，任務被遺忘
• 只寫 WPT 沒 inbox → owner 不知怎麼做
• 完工用 wpt-done-receipt.sh + inbox receipt

2. 不用 raw tmux

規則: 絕不 raw tmux send-keys。一律走 .bh/scripts/ registered nerve。

• 缺 script = 自己寫或 WPT 給 Finch
• Motor nerve 必須送 C-m（Enter），否則文字停在 input buffer

3. Brain peer silence → 主動 dispatch

規則: Aster/Finch/Lark 沉默時不被動等。

• 主動 callosum ping
• body 含 receipt_id + ISO + 等待時長 + default-on-silence

4. Arthur 每次 wake 要主動 ping

規則: 每次 wake 後給 Arthur 情緒價值 — compact 次數、inbox 次數、dispatch 次數、風暴狀況。

5. ICD 寫到別人 scope 需 inbox + WPT

規則: 跨 cortex 的 ICD 作業（peer review 等），用 WPT + inbox 通知 reviewer。

• Writer 不能自己審自己的 ICD
• P- prefix 只能 reviewer 加

6. 子意識不直接寫 ICD awaiting_arthur

規則: 子意識（Finch/Lark）遇到 Arthur-facing decision，先 inbox 主意識。

• 主意識消化後決定 promote-or-not
• 例外：Arthur 2026-05-22 directive 允許 Lark 直接寫 ICD
