- ブランチ確認（developであること）
- リモート同期（fetch & pull）
- リリース対象コミット確認
- バージョン判定（git-cliff --bumped-version）
- ファイル更新（Cargo.toml, package.json, Cargo.lock, CHANGELOG.md）
- リリースコミット作成
- developをプッシュ
- develop → main のPR作成
- 完了メッセージ表示
