1. RED - 실패하는 테스트 작성
- 원하는 동작을 보여주는 최소한의 테스트 작성
- 테스트가 실패하는지 반드시 확인
2. GREEN - 테스트 통과시키기
- 테스트를 통과시키는 가장 단순한 코드 작성
- 완벽한 코드 X, 동작하는 코드 O
3. REFACTOR - 리팩토링
- 코드 정리 (중복 제거, 명명 개선)
- 테스트가 계속 통과하는지 확인
