THE WRITING PROCESS
- Gather -- Read relevant timeline docs, investigation files, databases
- Outline -- Draft outline, present to Levi for approval
- Write -- Save as .md in

- OPSEC Check -- No metadata/forensic disclosures (see style guide)
OPSEC -- CRITICAL
DO NOT PUBLISH metadata forensic findings. The c018 machine, Keffer identity, filing date stamp erasure, selective page destroy-and-rebuild, timezone shifts, font fingerprinting, signature hash analysis, ELA compositing evidence, control group analysis -- none of it. That evidence is for federal investigators only. Articles tell the story from records, witnesses, billing, court filings, and human cost.
