# Skill: monthly_planner ## 目标 根据当前仓位与目标配置，给出月度定投建议。 ## 对应项目目的 - 管理仓位 - 风险预警 - 月报 ## 输入 - `system/portfolio_state.json` - `system/target_allocation.json` - 月度资金，默认 12000 ## 输出 - 建议投向 - 分配金额 - 建议理由 - 风险提示 ## 步骤 1. 调用 `portfolio_analyzer` 2. 识别低配资产 3. 按低配程度分配新资金 4. 若偏离很大，附带再平衡提示 5. 输出结构化建议 ## 失败处理 - 若仓位数据不足：只输出需要补充的数据 - 若没有明显低配项：按目标配置近似分配
