Overview
Build a coherent application package instead of optimizing each document in isolation.
Core Workflow
- Read the job description and identify the required themes, keywords, and likely evaluation criteria.
- Map the candidate's actual experience to those themes and note any evidence gaps.
- Rewrite resume bullets for relevance, clarity, scope, and measurable impact.

- Surface missing proof, weak alignment, and places where honesty matters more than polish.
